Day 42, Girlfriend Sophie la girafe

Today was a rainy day so Judah wore his adorable froggy outfit from his Aunt Kim. Judah also loves his girlfriend Sophie the giraffe.

Day 40, DC with Uncle Thomas

Today Scott and I took Judah on his first DC visit. We wanted to introduce him to his uncle Thomas. They actually share the same birthday! Thomas and I joked around my entire pregnancy that Judah would be born early and come on his birthday, sure enough it happened. Not only do they share the same birthday, but Judah was born with a rat tail that looks just like Thomas's. We enjoyed hanging out in DC and spending time with him before he left for Peru for awhile.

Day 39, Rubber Ducky Your the One

I crochet this duck hat while I was pregnant with Judah and just recently found it. I would sing to him while he was in my womb

Day 37

Day 37, my lil spaceman

I dont think this space onsie outfit for Judah will fit him much longer. I'll have to store it in my growing pile of outfits that don't fit him anymore and save them for our next child. This space onsie is good for either a boy or a girl :-)

Judah loves talking to his Alien Toy Story friend that his Nana Dyan sent to him. The top picture is of Judah taking a big breath and then letting out a really loud AHHH while he kicks his feet in the air really hard. He just started doing this yesterday, its kinda funny because he startles himself when he does it at first then realizes that he can make loud AHH noises and just does it for awhile with is feet kicking around wildly, its truly the funniest thing. He is growing so fast!

Day 36

Day 36, All you need is {LOVE}

Today is I believe our last snow for this winter! Which means spring is right around the corner! YAY. So I couldn't put Judah in a short sleeve shirt just yet. I found this vintage Beatles short sleeve shirt while thrifting and layered it with a longer sleeve shirt. The yellow FuzziBunz Cloth Diaper looked really good with the outfit so I left his pants off. I was able to use this LOVE journal Ginnie and Tim Pewett gave to us last year after Scott and I got married.

I wanted to take the picture on the blue armchair we have because you can compare to other pictures and see how long Judah is getting! I love his little feet. I'm sure one day when he is a teenage boy I will wonder how did those once little adorable feet become so stinky.

Day 35

Day 35, Stuffy Nose

Judah has had this stuffy nose for awhile, I think today it sounded worse and he wasn't sleeping or eating well. Poor little feller. He has also found his hands and started sucking on them while he sleeps......He LOVED when his daddy came home and read to him "Elmo Loves You". He was looking at all the pictures and smiling. He wasn't to happy when Scott finished reading the book and of course I wanted a picture of his cute sad face, the little guy just needed a nap. Praying he feels better soon and can breath out of that little nose of his.

Day 34

Day 34, Sunday Morning Walk

Today we decided to do church online since Judah had an off sleeping schedule yesterday and he has a really bad stuffy nose. So we took our little guy for a Sunday morning walk before the church online service to grab the post (coupons) and grab some hot chocolate at Dunkin Donuts. We took the long way home and looped around the Robinson Highschool track. The entire walk was 4.5 miles, both Judah and Scott did great, Judah slept the entire time and Scott didn't have any spasms.

Day 33

Day 33, Baby in a basket

My husband wanted some daddy/son bonding time today. Since Judah is growing out of most of his newborn clothing I took the opportunity to make a quick run to my favorite thrift store. I ended up finding this super cute basket and thought it would be even cuter with my son in it. I may even take a few more pictures later this week before Judah grows out of the basket. When he got his shots about a week ago Judah weighed 10 pds, when I took him in yesterday to see why he sounded congested he weighs 11.77 pds! My little guy is growing fast!

Day 32

Day 32, Judahs Best Friend

My best friend Heidi and I both have baby boys. Who knew when we first became friends a few years ago while working together at MBC that the Lord with in a year would bless us both with baby boys. Her boy is beginning to not be so baby and more toddler, while mine was born 10 weeks ago today. Today we took the boys on a walk together.

I know that the Lord loves me because he has provided such a sweet friend, who loves me enough to let me know when I am doing wrong, to encourage me when I am doing good, who would be real and honest with me, who makes me laugh and who laughs at my dumb jokes and who has a boy who will grow up to be my boys best friend.

Day 31

Day 31, Four Mile Walk

Today I took Judah on a four mile walk. I forgot my camera card so I took some pictures with my phone. Judah ended up wearing this cute outfit our neighbors Les and Sheila gave him when he came home. The hoody finally fits him. We walked up to Giant, had lunch by Saxabys as we admired the new Yogurt Shop they are putting in next door. Then we walked up by Robinson highschool and took the long way home. Judah slept the entire time and the weather was wonderfully warm and you can smell the sweet scent of pine trees. I kinda wished my friend Laura was home so I could walk by her house and pay her a visit.

Day 30

Day 30, McLean Bible Church

Today I took Judah to visit my old co-workers at McLean Bible Church. He fell in love with Trisha, I think its because she is a really pretty blond or he knew she was really nice, what ever the case he seemed to really enjoy her holding him. I wish I took more pictures but I was to excited introducing him to everyone and ended up losing my camera cap.

Day 29

Day 29, Jammie's

Judah now fits in his three month Jammie's and he is only 9 weeks old. I remember thinking when Lynn and Bill gave us these Jammie's that Judah wont fit into these for awhile. But our little guy is growing up and I am packing away our newborn Jammie's and bringing out the three month ones.

Day 28

Day 28, Looks like baby cupid sending arrows from above....

Happy Valentines Day!

Judah has on some angel wings, his red FuzziBunz and is looking for someone to shoot his arrow at. Not just because its Valentines day, but because he is a boy and would think its funny.

Day 27

Day 27, Mommy's Dream Date

In honor of valentines day tomorrow, Judah has his "Mommy's dream date" bib and Scott and I put our rings on Judahs and took pictures of him. Today Judah went to McLean Bible Church for his first service, he did really well and loved all the attention from his Mommy's old coworkers and friends.
